I was assigned as a health assistant in a clinic which tests people to see whether they're infected with Aids or not. Of course, it's all just role-play. It's part of the ONE-LIFE exhibition / World Vision (click to find out more if interested). I doubt it's succesful here in Singapore. The typical majority of us don't listen anyway; so it totally defeats the whole purpose of the exhibition because you have to LISTEN in order to be aware of the Aids victims problem anyway.
Here are a few pictures of the exhibition. It's interesting really, a different concept from other usual boring exhibitions. It's like taking a walk in the lives of the Aids victim.
And here are some of the other exhibits;
Didn't manage to take the make-shift chapel and the dedication wall. But those were really nice.
So oh well, that is pretty much it. After that was superb.
Been spending quite alot of time with Abdar and i must say, it's really nice. He's been really good to me (:
/movies
/food; at new places we never tried before (:
/long looong happy giggly walks, my ultimate favourite!
but you know what's i love best of all?
It's the feeling of being in a club soooo exclusive that it only has vacancies for TWO people. The membership's for a lifetime; but it's really up to the club members... Three people is definitely a club rule's violation, for obvious reasons, of course. I'm enjoying us so much, at the moment. Thank you!
