Equations that matter

You told me that:

“I’m nothing.” Therefore YOU = NOTHING.

Then you pointed out that:

“Nothing pleases you.”

Don’t you get it?

You are nothing and nothing pleases me.

We are made for each other.

I’ve proven this equation to be true. Don’t challenge logic.

Ahh..the sweetness of nothing.. :) Well, semiotically speaking, the signifier "nothing" signifies something: i.e. nothing. Nothing can then be inferred as an entity that signifies a given "something".. Since both are, in everyday discourse, thought of as antithetical to each other, the whole point is missed.. Treating them as mutually-exclusive attributes weakens the very position that each holds: if nothing is really nothing, how do one characterise it? Nothingness exist insofar as somethingness contributes to the attributes of "nothing"..

So how now brown cow? Wana work out a new equation? ;)
