Unplanned madness.

Yesterday, Saturday was probably the most random day ever. I'm still not quite sure what went down.

I remembered... waking up, getting dressed in the least work-looking attire ever! I pulled on the flowery top, which makes me look damn jelly-like and my current fav pair of jeans. I even wore slippers to work (after which I realised is the most ridiculous decision made)! Here's what happened, in point form.

• Upon reaching Tanjong Pagar, I finally discovered where the awesome bakery that Huda gets us breakfast from! I bought myself a cheese bun and munched all the way to the office.
• Then I saw alot of Thai people outside the office.
• I discovered that they were there to better the fengshui of the place.
  
• My boss thinks that we should make the ceilings higher so that he can be richer.
• I went to look for Huda and Cik Za (our executive housekeeper) in the pantry.
  
• THERE WAS MORE BREAD.
  
• So I ate another one (it was hotdog & cheese).
• Got off work at around 2pm.
• Okay I hate to admit this but I bought another 3 buns. And ate them all.
• This was when I realised that Farah's not gonna meet me :(
• Zoomed straight to Haji Lane.
• I walked into every shop there. And climbed every narrow, musty smelling staircase to get to more shops.
• It's so hard to get pretty shoes. SO DAMN HARD.
• So I bought a dress for only $10. And tried on a whole lot of blazers.
• I spent 20 mins, wondering if i should get the $42 blazer.
  
• Then Hakim called and made me meet him at Sengkang. At that point, i couldn't understand his need to get to Sengkang.
• So I trudged back to the mrt station.
  
• I thought I was heading there straight but somehow... I found myself at City Hall.
• I still needed to get myself a blazer, you see.
• So I was at M)phosis. Their blazers were going at 50% off.
  
• I spent another 10 mins thinking about whether or not to get a $47 blazer.
• Then I moved on... and found myself trying on $388 blazers at Blum & Co.
• This on, I didn't even hafta think. I look like the Queens's Malaysian mother so I dropped the blazer.
• I found the perfect one at bYSI. Hahahaha.
• I fell in love with it. So I didn't have to do any thinking. My heart said YES. My wallet, $79 poorer.
  
• By this time, Hakim was already at Sengkang.
• So I rushed down like a mad woman.
• 25 mins later, I found myself at Sengkang face to face with Asmara and Hakim.
• Finally figured out what we were doing at Sengkang. Hakim wanted Asmara's polaroid camera... to give the birthday girl all the pictures!
  
• Then Hakim entertained us with alot of stories. Like the one about a minah mom scolding him.
  
• We had to make a very important decision: SHOULD NAS GO TO MELYDIA'S PARTY?
• So we identified the problem: I was wearing slippers.
  
• And Hakim solved it by deciding to sponsor my shoes so I could go to Melydia's party.
• And I decided to force Asmara to come down to Orchard to meet Andy with us... before heading to Mel's 21st.
  
• At this point, I've yet to decide whether or not to go to her party. But I wanted shoes. Sooo.
• I got a pair at Rubi -.-
• AND THEN ASMARA DECIDED TO JUST COME TO THE PARTY!!!
